Barre Above
A fusion of ballet, pilates, yoga and strength training in each workout. Designed for a wide range of fitness levels, ages and bodies, complete with progressions so those new to fitness feel successful their first time and seasoned Barre enthusiasts will always feel challenged.
Boot Camp
A dynamic and intense group workout that combines intervals, and functional exercises. These classes are designed to provide a total body workout that challenges participants both mentally and physically.
Core
A combination of functional core exercises in various modalities and intensities. Intended to challenge every area of the core, this class helps build full body functional strength.
Dance Fit
An interval-style dance fitness party that combines low-intensity and high-intensity moves. You'll burn lots of calories as you move to the rhythm with exciting music-based dance moves. The best part of it all is that it doesn't even feel like exercise!
HIIT
A 30 minute high-intensity interval style class that combines fast paced weight training moves with cardio burst exercises. This class is fast paced and fun, and sessions are split up by muscle groups to help increase progressive overload and help you build a strong physique.
Kickboxing
A martial art inspired group fitness format that is both heart-pumping and exhilarating. Cardio Kickboxing is a total body workout that involves utilizing multiple muscle groups to elevate the heart rate and train participants in speed, agility, and quickness.
Step
Step aerobics is a classic cardio workout. It's lasted for decades for a simple reason: It delivers results. The "step" is a 4-inch to 12-inch raised platform. You step up, around, and down from the platform in different patterns to boost your heart rate and breathing, and strengthen your muscles and all set to exciting fast beat music.
Strength
Experience a high-intensity free weights workout that targets the major muscle groups of the upper and lower body. This workout uses weight plates, barbells, resistance bands, and steps combined with bodyweight exercises to create compound and isolation exercises to get you lean, toned, and fit.
Yoga
A practice-based class that connects the body, breath, and mind. It uses physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation to improve overall health. Through strengthening and stretching postures, you will feel relaxed and restored. All levels welcomed-‐ all you need to do is breathe and turn inwards!
1000 Rep
An endurance based strength training class with medium to light weights, it covers 10 different exercises with 100 repetitions of each. The exercises alternate between upper body, lower body, and core work, for a challenging full body training session.
