Our month-to-month memberships do not have a cancellation fee. All other memberships have a $50 cancellation fee, no advance notice needed.
We allow memberships for girls starting at age 14. We also have family memberships and allow ages 14 and up to be added on.
Yes, all classes are included in all levels of membership.
Mondays and Wednesdays from 4:30pm -7pm
We have a lot of incredible classes and instructors here to help you on your fitness journey! Our best classes for easing into cardio would be our Dance Fit class, and Strength level 1 for learning about strength training.
Wear what makes you feel comfortable! Proper footwear and comfortable clothing are a great start.
We allow all members to bring a friend for free on fridays!
Yes, we allow members to freeze their memberships for up to 6 months at no charge.
